Bio

Philadelphia-born artist operating in New York City.

I am a multidisciplinary artist whose work embraces the conceptually incongruous marriage between image and text. I combine art historical, mythological, and original narratives into a cohesive vision. Utilizing oil painting and sculpture, I render representational images of self: portraying self as a character, and portrayed self as an agent that exists in spite of (and beyond the reach of) my biological self.
